WE'RE CONTINUOUSLY LOOKING FOR BUS DRIVERS
Ingsva is Ostrobothnia’s largest bus company with 100 drivers and approximately 90 vehicles in Jakobstad, Vaasa, and Närpes.
WHAT DOES INGSVA DO?
We operate scheduled traffic from Karleby in the north to Kristinestad in the south and conduct school, service and taxi traffic as well as charter services within the country and in Europe.
WORKING AS A BUS DRIVER
As a bus driver at Ingsva, you treat our customers professionally, always with a smile. We want our customers to feel safe when they travel with us, and it’s your job to make sure they get to their destination safely. We run school, regular and charter traffic where the majority of our customers are children and young people with Swedish as their native language.
WHAT DOES A BUS DRIVER DO?
As a bus driver, you’re the face of the company. You need to be able to work independently and remain calm and solution-focused even in unexpected situations. During the journeys, you handle traffic management and keep the travelers informed of any traffic disruptions and deviations. Your bus is your responsibility, both during the journeys, before and afterwards. The coffee breaks at the depot usually offer plenty of hearty laughs, and if you’re social and responsible, you’re definitely bus driver material!
